Hope Valley Modbury

Modbury Hospital is a hospital that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services to a population of nearly 200,000 people living primarily in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs.Modbury Hospital opened in 1973, with the Education Centre built in 1979, followed by the Woodleigh House mental health unit in 1980.

Hope Valley is a suburb of Adelaide in the City of Tea Tree Gully.

Tea Tree Plaza Interchange (previously known as Modbury Interchange) is a bus interchange operated by Adelaide Metro in Modbury, South Australia as part of the O-Bahn Busway. It is a central public transport hub for the north eastern suburbs of Adelaide.

Modbury High School is a state school in the north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide. It borders Modbury South Primary School and is in close proximity to Ardtornish Primary School. School enrolment currently has over 900 students for year levels eight to twelve.

Torrens Valley Christian School is a non-denominational Christian school providing a distinctive Christian environment to approximately 600 reception to year 12 students. The school is situated in Hope Valley, South Australia.

Westfield Tea Tree Plaza is a large shopping centre located in Modbury serving as a shopping hub for Adelaide's growing north eastern suburbs. It is linked to the city by Adelaide's unique O-Bahn Busway, which terminates at the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange. There is a smaller shopping centre building called Tea Tree Plus slightly to the north of the main centre.
