Cheonggyecheon

Cheonggyecheon (Hangul: 청계천, Korean pronunciation: [t͡ʃʰʌŋ.gje.t͡ʃʰʌn]) is a 10.9-kilometre-long (6.8 mi), modern public recreation space in downtown Seoul, South Korea. The massive urban renewal project is on the site of a stream that flowed before the rapid post-war economic development caused it to be covered by transportation infrastructure.

Dongdaemun District (Korean: 동대문구, romanized: Dongdaemun-gu, "Great Eastern Gate") is one of the 25 districts of Seoul, South Korea.Dongdaemun has a population of 346,770 (2010) and has a geographic area of 14.22 km2 (5.49 sq mi), and is divided into 14 dong (administrative neighborhoods). Bosingak is a large bell pavilion on Jongno in Seoul, South Korea. The bell in Bosingak gives Jongno its name, which literally means "bell street". It was originally constructed in 1396 but destroyed many times by both war and fire. It was designated Bosingak by Emperor Gojong in 1895.In the Joseon Dynasty, this bell was at the center of the castle town.
