All flat path leading down main road to Cwmlai School loop around and up a gradual incline which is very deceiving but also very easy to walk/run as it’s on pavements. Continue into flat ground again pavement oriented up to another main road with another steeper incline which is a little harder than it looks but a good workout all the same. Then come back on yourself then it’s all down hill to a crossing then you can either chose the park pathway or stay on the main road route, either way it’s paved......Pavements all the way a very steady and easy route.
