Cremorne Gardens, Melbourne

The gardens were established by James Ellis who had earlier managed and leased similar gardens of the same name on the banks of the River Thames at Chelsea in London.

The ground is named after the Richmond footballer Kevin Bartlett, who was the first VFL player to play 400 senior games. Hawthorn tram depot was built in April 1916 by the Hawthorn Tramways Trust (HTT). It was built on the corner of Power Street and Wallen Road, Hawthorn, a suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The depot was close to the junction of the HTT's two main lines. It was taken over by the Melbourne & Metropolitan Tramways Board (MMTB) in 1920.

Beverley Hills Apartments is a landmark historic apartment development at 65 Darling Street South Yarra, designed by the architect and developer Howard Lawson in 1935-36. Consisting of two towers in a shared landscape including a swimming pool, they are the best known of a larger precinct of at least 15 apartment buildings in the immediate area developed by Lawson and business partner Reginald Biffen in the 1930s, most in a Spanish Mission style, with a dash of Hollywoodesque glamour.

It is a four-lane road bridge with narrow footpaths on either side.
