It will be the third tallest building in Taiwan and the second tallest in Xinyi Special District and Taipei. The height of building will be 280 m, with floor area of 87,464.32m2, and comprising 46 floors above ground as well as 5 basement levels.

Xinyi Special District (Chinese: 信義計畫區), also known as Xinyi Planned Area, is located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The total area of Xinyi Special District is 153 hectares. It was designed in the 1970s and developed from the 1980s onward. Xinyi Special District is the prime central business district of Taipei.
