Sandringham to Brighton Beach

It serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Sandringham opening on 2 September 1887.A signal box is located at the Flinders Street end of the station, whilst a stabling yard is directly opposite to the station, stabling up to four trains overnight.

Brighton Beach railway station is located on the Sandringham line in Victoria, Australia, and serves the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Brighton. It opened on 21 September 1861 as Beach, being renamed Brighton Beach on 1 January 1867. The famous Brighton Bathing Boxes are located a short walk from the station.

The Trevor Barker Oval, formerly known as the Beach Oval or Hampton Oval is an Australian rules football ground in Beach Road, on the border between Hampton and Sandringham, Victoria. It was named after Sandringham Football Club coach Trevor Barker, who died of cancer in 1996 at the age of 39, after coaching the club to the 1992 and 1994 premierships.
