Waikato Museum Te Whare Taonga o Waikato is a regional museum located in Hamilton, New Zealand. The museum manages ArtsPost, a shop and gallery space for New Zealand art and design. Both are managed by the Hamilton City Council. Outside the museum is The Tongue of The Dog, a sculpture by Michael Parekowhai that has helped to increase visitor numbers.

St Peter's Cathedral is the Anglican cathedral in Hamilton, located in the Waikato Region of North Island, New Zealand. It is located on a small hill, known as Cathedral Hill (Pukerangiora in Maori), in the southern central part of the city off Victoria Street .

Fairfield Bridge is a tied-arch bridge on the Waikato River in Fairfield, Hamilton, New Zealand. It is one of six bridges in the city. It spans from River Road, on the east bank of the river, to Victoria Street, on the west side.It was registered as a Category I 'Historic Place' with the New Zealand Historic Places Trust on 30 August 1990.

Hamilton City Libraries are a group of six libraries in Hamilton, New Zealand, owned by the local city council. They lend fiction and non-fiction (for all ages), magazines, audiobooks, CDs and DVDs. In December 2016, a substitute library compensated for the temporarily closed Central branch. Waikato residents can freely use the Hamilton libraries.

The bridge has a Category I heritage protection.The bridge has a main arch of 340 ft (100 m) and 4 land spans. Its total length is 500 ft (150 m).

Claudelands Bridge is a dual-lane truss road bridge over the Waikato River, joining Claudelands with Hamilton Central. In 1968 it was converted from the old railway bridge, which had been completed about the end of July 1883. The road bridge was given a Category 2 listing in 1985.Around 11,000 vehicles a day use the bridge.

Beale Cottage is situated on the corner of Beale and Grey street in Hamilton, New Zealand. Constructed in 1872, it stands as one of Hamilton's oldest surviving homes. It was designed by one of Hamilton's first European settlers, Dr. Bernard Beale, and used as his family residence, surgery and registry office.
