Crimson to Hartlepool

Hartlepool Rovers are a rugby union club who play at The New Friarage, West View Road in Hartlepool. The club play in Durham/Northumberland 1, the seventh tier of the English rugby union system after being relegated from North One East at the end of the 2010–11 season. Steve Smith is the club's player-coach and Callum Whitehead its captain.

Hartlepool Golf Club in England was established in 1906 and in 2006 celebrated its centenary year. The course is classified as a links course and is located on the north east coast.The course is 6202 yards long and par for the course is 70. The course record of 62 was recorded on 8 August 1997, by professional golfer Graeme Storm, the 1999 British Amateur Champion, who learned the game there.

Hartlepool railway station was a railway station that served the Headland Estate area of Hartlepool in County Durham, North East England. Though originally built as the coastal terminus of the Hartlepool Dock & Railway in 1839, for most of its life the station was the terminus of a shuttle service from the town's main station in West Hartlepool.

Spion Kop Cemetery, originally known as Hartlepool Cemetery, is a disused cemetery on the coast near Hartlepool in England. It was opened in 1856 to replace St. Hilda's churchyard and designed by John Dobson. The area took its name from the Battle of Spion Kop in 1900 during the Boer War.The cemetery was formed from a combination of sand dune and ship's ballast.
