The National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (NTUU "KPI") is a major university in Kiev, Ukraine. In January 2012 Webometrics Ranking KPI made it into top 1,000 – taking 957th place out of 20,300 universities, 510th (February 2013).

The station was opened in 1971 as part of the second stage of the Sviatoshynsky radius.The station is located under the junction between the Peremohy (Victory) avenue and the Mykoly Vasylenka/Dehtiarivska streets, and having only one vestibule which is interlinked with subways allowing access to both sides of the intersection.

NASU Institute of Electrodynamics (IED) (Ukrainian: Інститут електродинаміки НАН України, (ІЕД НАНУ)) is a Ukraine leading science institution in field of electrical engineering, thermal power (heat energy), and research of electrodynamics located in Kiev, Ukraine as a part of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences.

Nyvky (Ukrainian: Нивки) is a station on Kiev Metro's Sviatoshynsko-Brovarska Line. The station was opened on November 5, 1971, and is named after Kiev's Nyvky neighbourhood. It was designed by Boris Pryimak, I.L. Maslenkov, V.C. Bohdanovskyi, and T.A. Tselikovska.The station is shallow underground, along with the Beresteiska and the Sviatoshyn stations, which are the first stations of the Kiev Metro system that are not lain deep underground.

The Kyiv National Economic University (Ukrainian: Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана), named after Vadym Hetman, is a higher educational institution in Kiev, Ukraine, and a self-governing (autonomous) research National University. The university was founded in 1906. The main building is located on Victory Avenue, 54/1.
