Frederick Wilderness Park

Friedrich Wilderness Park lies at the southern end of the Texas Hill Country. The park is hilly due to its location on the Balcones escarpment that separates the Texas Hill Country from the flat South Texas region.

KXXM, "961 NOW" is a Top 40 (CHR) station based in San Antonio, Texas, owned by iHeartMedia, Inc. (formerly Clear Channel Communications until September 2014). Its studios are located in the Stone Oak neighborhood in Far North San Antonio, and the transmitter site is in Frederich Wilderness Park on the city's northwest side.
