Changi Business Park

The Changi Business Park (Abbreviation: CBP; Malay: Taman Perniagaan Changi; Chinese: 樟宜商业园; Tamil: சாங்கி பிஸினஸ் பார்க்) is a business park located in Changi South, in the eastern part of Singapore.

Expo MRT station (CG1/DT35) is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the Changi Airport Branch Line of the East West Line and the Downtown Line in the Tampines planning area, Singapore. This station is located in between Changi City Point and the Singapore Expo, which this station is named after.

Changi City Point (Chinese: 樟城坊) is a shopping mall located in the vicinity of Changi Business Park, Singapore directly opposite Expo MRT station. This mall is renowned for containing factory outlets of various brands such as Adidas, Nike, Lacoste and Pedro. There is also a landscaped themed rooftop garden together with a wet and dry playground on the topmost floor on level 3.

The East Coast Integrated Depot (Chinese: 东海岸车厂; Malay: Depot Bersepadu East Coast), is a future integrated bus and train depot located in Changi that will serve the East West Line, Downtown Line and Thomson-East Coast Line of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) in Singapore.The depot, with an expected completion date of 2024, will be located beside the current site of Changi Depot, which will be demolished.

ITE College East (Abbreviation: ITE CE-SM) is an educational institution under the Institute of Technical Education. The campus is the 1st ITE campus and under ITE's "One ITE System, 3 Colleges" plan in Singapore. It is located in the eastern part of Singapore in the estate of Simei. ITE College East covers Nursing, the Life Sciences and Logistics Management.

The University of New South Wales Asia (Abbreviation: UNSW Asia; Chinese: 亚洲新南威尔斯大学) was the first international university campus for the University of New South Wales in Singapore which opened on 12 March 2007. UNSW Asia was the first foreign university and fifth university in Singapore.On 23 May 2007, UNSW Asia Singapore campus announced its planned closure on 28 June 2007, at the end of the first semester due to financial issues and lower than expected student numbers.

The Singapore Expo (Chinese: 新加坡博览中心) is the largest convention and exhibition venue in Singapore with over 100,000 square metres of column-free, indoor space spread over 10 halls. Built and managed by PSA International, and funded by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, the S$220 million building (excluding the cost of the 40,000 m² expansion) was built in the east of Singapore in the town of Tampines.

Upper Changi MRT station (DT34) is an underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Downtown Line in Tampines planning area, Singapore, located under Upper Changi Road East.The station serves residential estates in the vicinity and the campus of the Singapore University of Technology and Design, which is linked by an underground linkway.
