Azumazeki stable (東関部屋, Azumazeki-beya) is a stable of sumo wrestlers, part of the Takasago group of stables. It was founded in February 1986 by the Hawaiian born Takamiyama of the Takasago stable in Higashi–Komagata, Sumida, Tokyo . Azumazeki's first sekitori was Akebono, also from Hawaii, in 1990, who subsequently reached the yokozuna rank.

Honjo-azumabashi Station (本所吾妻橋駅, Honjo-azumabashi-eki) is a subway station on the Toei Asakusa Line, operated by the Toei. It is located in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. Its number is A-19.

Kiba Park (木場公園, kiba kōen) is a Tokyo metropolitan park in Kōtō, Tokyo. The park includes jogging paths, playgrounds, tennis courts, a BBQ area, and spaces for events. The park is divided into two parts, north and south, connected by a pedestrian bridge. The Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo is located in this park.

Tokyo Skytree Station (とうきょうスカイツリー駅, Tōkyō Sukaitsurī-eki) is a railway station on the Tobu Skytree Line in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Tobu Railway. It is adjacent to the Tokyo Skytree and Skytree Town redevelopment, and was formerly known as Narihirabashi Station.

Sumida Triphony Hall (すみだトリフォニーホール, Sumida Torifonī Hōlu) is a concert hall in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. It opened in 1997 and has two auditoria; the main hall, with 1,801 seats; and the small hall, with 252 seats. It is the home of the New Japan Philharmonic. Nikken Sekkei were the architects, with acoustical design by Nagata Acoustics, who tested their concept with a 1:10 model.

Tokyo Skytree (東京スカイツリー, Tōkyō Sukaitsurī) is a broadcasting and observation tower in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. It became the tallest structure in Japan in 2010 and reached its full height of 634.0 metres (2,080 ft) in March 2011, making it the tallest tower in the world, displacing the Canton Tower, and the second tallest structure in the world after the Burj Khalifa (829.8 m/2,722 ft).

Miyagino stable (宮城野部屋, Miyagino-beya) is a stable of sumo wrestlers, part of the Isegahama ichimon or group of stables. It was founded by the 43rd yokozuna Yoshibayama as Yoshibayama dōjō while he was still an active wrestler, before changing to its current name in 1960.In August 2004 former jūryō division wrestler Kanechika took over in controversial circumstances from former maegashira Chikubayama, who had been in charge since 1989.

Kikukawa Station (菊川駅, Kikukawa-eki) is a railway station in Sumida, Tokyo, Japan. Its station number is S-12. The station opened on December 21, 1978.

Kokonoe stable (九重部屋, Kokonoe beya) is a stable of sumo wrestlers, one of the Takasago group of stables. It was formed in 1967 and is located in Ishiwara, Sumida, Tokyo. As of January 2019 it had 18 sumo wrestlers, five of whom were of sekitori rank. It is the most successful stable in terms of total yūshō won by its wrestlers, with 52.
