Patriots Point & Charleston Harbor Marina

Patriots Point Development Authority was established in the 1970s to develop the Naval and Maritime Museum in World War II of the port of Charleston with the aircraft carrier, the USS YORKTOWN SU as the centerpiece. It also houses the Patriots Point Museum and a fleet of ships with national historical landmarks, the Cold War Memorial and the only exhibition of the Vietnam experience in the USA.
