Start your walk going up a gentle rise and then down a gentle downslope, then a decent incline back to the start point, then you reverse course. This is a 1/2 mile loop . Doing 5 laps as I do gets you 21/2 miles 😊 By reversing course each lap it gives variety to the inclines and downslopes , while giving you a great view of the beautiful neighborhood and the friendly people who live here , plus lots of friendly dogs . 👍❤️❤️❤️❤️😊
