One of the most recent parks, a large green open space located near the famous Palace of the Parliament. Very easy to reach by metro and bus (Izvor Station) or on foot from Piata Unirii and Cismigiu Gardens. The trees are still young, but beautiful in the fall. The park has good views and a lot of paths to walk or run around. Nice for bicycles and roller skates. It is friendly with the dogs, with an area specially designed for them. There are a nice playground for kids and a basketball court. You also can find free ping-pong tables, just have to bring the equipment. A good choice for a pleasant walk because the park is not as crowded as other parks.
