Gakushūin University (学習院大学, Gakushūin Daigaku) is a private university in Mejiro, Toshima Ward, Tokyo. It was re-established after World War II as an affiliate of the Gakushūin School Corporation. The privatized successor to the original Gakushūin University (or "Peers School") was established during the Meiji period to educate the children of the Japanese nobility.

JBL is one of the biggest and oldest libraries for the blind in Japan.The library's collection includes about 81,000 braille books (23,000 titles), 210,000 talking books (24,000 titles), and various documents concerning the blind and braille.

Tokyo Fuji University (東京富士大学, Tōkyō fuji daigaku) is a private university in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. The predecessor of the school was founded in 1943. It was chartered as a junior college in 1951 and became a four-year college in 2002.In 2008 the Department of Psychology was established.
