Bay Central is a complex of three towers in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The West Tower, and the Intercontinental Tower stand at a height of 42 floors. The Central Tower, consists of 50 floors (180 metres). The Central and West towers are residential towers and were completed in 2013.

The two towers, Grosvenor House West Marina Beach and Grosvenor House The Residence, stand at the same height of 210 metres (690 ft) with 48 floors each. The complex, which is owned by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, is named after the Grosvenor House in London.

Cayan Tower, known as Infinity Tower before it was inaugurated, is a 306-metre-tall (1,004 ft), 75-story skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by Cayan Real Estate Investment and Development. The tower is designed by Skidmore, Owings and Merrill SOM architectural group, the same group who did the concept design for the Burj Khalifa, also in Dubai, and Trump Tower in Chicago.

Armada Towers (Arabic: أبراج أرمادا‎) is a complex of three skyscrapers in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Free Zone being built is opposite to the Dubai Marina and next to the Emirates Golf Club in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a mixed purpose community with both residential, hotel, hospital and commercial units

The Al Fattan Marine Towers is a complex in the Dubai Marina section of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The towers are located within Jumeirah Beach Residence, a 40-tower, 7,000 unit residential and hotel development which runs alongside Dubai Marina. The Al Fattan Marine Towers consist of two twin 50-story towers, the Al Fattan Tower, and the Oasis Beach Tower, consisting of serviced and residential apartments which have since been sold to individual investors and homeowners.

Emirates Crown is a 63-floor residential tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Bin Shafar Holding and designed by Design & Architecture Bureau. The tower has a structural height of 296 m (971 ft). Construction of the Emirates Crown began in 2005, and was completed in 2008. Upon completion, it stood as the 6th-tallest building in Dubai, and 45th-tallest building in the world.

The Pier 8 is a 40-floor tower in the inner Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 170 m (558 ft). Construction of the Pier 8 tower was expected to be completed in 2011.

DAMAC Residenze formerly named DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights 2, is an 85-storey, 335 m (1,099 ft), supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina, Dubai. It is the second supertall project by DAMAC Properties, the first being Ocean Heights, which is also located in Dubai Marina. The building will overlook the Palm Jumeirah.
