The Chung Cheng Park (Chinese: 中正公園; pinyin: Zhōngzhèng Gōngyuán) is a park located in Xinyi District and Zhongzheng District of Keelung City, Taiwan.The 25-meter statue of the goddess Guanyin on top of Chung Cheng park is the biggest goddess statue in Southeast Asia and is one of the most scenic spots in Keelung city.

The Keelung City Government (KLCG; Chinese: 基隆市政府; pinyin: Jīlóng Shì Zhèngfǔ) is the local government of the Republic of China that governs Keelung City.

The Keelung City Council or Keelung Municipal Council (KMC; Chinese: 基隆市議會; pinyin: Jīlóng Shì Yìhuì) is the elected city council of Keelung City, Republic of China. The council composes of 32 councilors lastly elected through the 2018 Republic of China local election on 24 November 2018.
