Parque Estrela do Norte

Lovely little park with a lake, good walking trails, places to sit, fishing and swimming possibilities. There’s also many little alcoves if you’d like some privacy. Great spot for picnics. Dog friendly. It was interesting to see the changes and improvements that have been made over the years. They’ve now included a closed off dog run area. Dogs were always permitted in the park but in theory they need to remain on the leash. The reality is many dogs are free roaming. Bring your own poop bags but there are many trash containers throughout.
