Starts real easy then gets a little more challenging. Overall I would say a moderate trail. Go early to avoid the crowds.

WindCave is an excellent 3 mile (total) hike with a good challenging rock climb at the top half of the mountain. Add weights to your backpack or bring dumbbells and do military presses intermittently while hiking and turn it into a killer full body workout like we do!
