Alexander Park

Beautiful Family and Dog friendly park in Lawrenceville. Recent renovations include added parking in a new lighted section that has new (additional) pavilions, BBQ grills, lovely large new playgrounds; paved and natural walking trails; and large fenced in new small and large dog areas with obstacle courses for dogs. The lighted new area will allow secure later evening walks. Trails throughout the old and new areas offer a variety of level and steeper climbs through scenic wooded and open areas. There is also a small lake/pond with nice overlooks. Park goers are diverse and generally friendly. Walkers, runners and bike riders can easily complete 5k+ requirements.
