Reservatório de Edgbaston

Edgbaston Reservoir, originally known as Rotton Park Reservoir and referred to in some early maps as Rock Pool Reservoir, is a canal feeder reservoir in Birmingham, England. [1] [2] [3]. It is situated close to Birmingham City Centre and is a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation.

Edgbaston Waterworks (Edgbaston Pumping Station) (grid reference SP0455386465) lies to the east of Edgbaston Reservoir, two miles west of the centre of Birmingham, England.The buildings were designed by John Henry Chamberlain and William Martin around 1870. The engine house, boiler house, and chimney are Grade II listed buildings.

Dhamma Talaka Peace Pagoda was opened in Birmingham UK in 1998 and is the only such building in traditional Burmese style in the Western hemisphere. On its grounds there are now a monastery and the teaching hall of a planned Buddhist Academy.

The Icknield Port Loop (originally the Rotton Park Loop) is a 0.6-mile (1 km) loop of the eighteenth-century-built Old BCN Main Line canal in Birmingham, England, about 2 miles (3 km) west of the city centre, which opened to traffic on 6 November 1769 and in some definitions includes its straighter bypass built in September 1827, a 550-yard (500 m) section of the New BCN Main Line.

Rotton Park Road railway station was a railway station in England, built by the Harborne Railway and operated by the London and North Western Railway in 1874.It served Summerfield and part of the Edgbaston area of Birmingham and was located near to the junction of Rotton Park Road and Gillott Road.Initially single track, the steady growth in traffic meant that a passing loop was installed in 1903, when a spur to Mitchells & Butlers Brewery was also added.
