Great Mill Pond Mead

Parson's Pleasure in the University Parks at Oxford, England, was a secluded area for male-only nude bathing on the River Cherwell. It was located next to the path on the way to Mesopotamia at the south-east corner of the Parks. The facility closed in 1991 and the area now forms part of the Parks.

Dame's Delight was a place for women to bathe in the nude on the bank of the River Cherwell in the meadows near the Oxford University Parks opposite Mesopotamia Walk in Oxford, England.The site existed from 1934 to 1970, when it closed because of maintenance difficulties caused by flooding.A similar bathing area Parson's Pleasure for nude male bathing, also existed nearby until 1991.

Rainbow Bridge (formally High Bridge) is a curved footbridge over the River Cherwell in the University Parks, Oxford, England. The bridge is made of concrete with metal railings, in the shape of a rainbow, hence the name. The bridge was constructed in 1923–4, through a project for the unemployed. The bridge was financed by the University of Oxford, colleges at the University, and individual subscribers.

New Marston Meadows is a 44.7-hectare (110-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Oxford in Oxfordshire.These meadows in the floodplain of the River Cherwell are traditionally managed for hay or by grazing. Some plants are typical of those on ancient meadows, such as common meadow-rue, pepper-saxifrage, devil's-bit scabious, adder's-tongue fern, smooth brome and meadow barley.
