Trail is paved and heavily travelled, this may slow down your pace as there are few passing sections. This is a very strong incline for most of the walk in. The falls are beautiful and worth the walk. Unless you are in really good shape I would not recommend taking a toddler as you will probably end up carrying them. Lots of steep side trails for those energetic youngsters to burn some energy on.
