Beautiful walk and good distance. I always average around 7K to 8K and 3.4 to 4.1 miles with this walk. A good 1hr walk if you are really moving around 15-19 minutes per .5 miles. I do a 3min. on fast walking and 3min. in slow walking. It works great for managing heart rate and calories burned. Happy walking!! LKJ
