Starts and ends in the main parking lot. Once into the park the trail starts to steeply decline, then their are mild changes in the path along the way crossing two bridges and then it steeply declines again down into the ravine. There’s a longer bridge across the small creek and stairs up to the other side, small changes along the path again up and down, to a steep incline and subsequent decline, after this it levels out and is a fairly straight shot to the final bridge.. then you take the stairs back to the top and do it again. After you do your second loop you follow the path around the large field back to the main road of the park, there is a steep elevation and then it levels out for the majority of the way back to the main road. Once at the main road you follow it back to the entrance of the park, but just before the bridge cars cross you take the “tor trail” (the short leg, there is also a long leg) this has a steep decline and then a fairly steady incline after which it levels out the rest of the way back to the car park. The trail is not paved and can be very rough and uneven.. however I see older people and kids manage just fine with steady footing and careful navigation.
