Christiansted National Historic Site commemorates urban colonial development of the Virgin Islands. It features 18th and 19th century structures in the heart of Christiansted, the capital of the former Danish West Indies on St. Croix Island.The site consists of six historic structures: Fort Christiansværn (constructed from 1738 to 1749), the Danish West India and Guinea Company Warehouse (1749), the Church of Our Lord Sabaoth Steeple Building (1753), Customs House (built 1840-1842), the Scale House (1856), and Government House (1747).

The Christiansted Historic District is a 135.9 acres (0.550 km2) historic district in Christiansted, Saint Croix, Virgin Islands, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. It included 253 contributing buildings and two contributing sites.It includes the Christiansted National Historic Site, also listed on the National Register.

Protestant Cay is a four-acre triangular islet in the Christiansted Harbor, 200 yards north of Christiansted. It has the closest beach to Downtown Christiansted. The island is home to a resort, the Hotel on the Cay, which is home to a protected sand beach, small shop and beach bar. The ferries to Protestant Cay are free of charge and leave from King’s Wharf in Christiansted.

Christiansted Harbor Seaplane Base (IATA: SSB, FAA LID: VI32), also known as St. Croix Seaplane Base, is located in the harbor by Christiansted, Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. This private-use airport is owned by the Virgin Islands Port Authority.As per Federal Aviation Administration records, this seaplane base had 72,632 passenger boardings (enplanements) in calendar year 2004 and 68,386 enplanements in 2005.

The Danish West India and Guinea Company Warehouse is a historic building located at Church and Company Streets in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands. Built circa 1750 for the Danish West India and Guinea Company, the building served as the center of Danish commerce on Saint Croix during the 18th and early 19th centuries.

Fredensdal is a settlement on the island of Saint Croix in the United States Virgin Islands.

St. John's Episcopal Church in Christiansted, Virgin Islands was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.Restoration efforts are continuing in 2017.

The Friedensthal Mission, southwest of Christiansted in Saint Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, was partly built by 1830. Also known as Friedensthal Moravian Church, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. In German, Fridensthal means "valley of peace".The mission complex is significant as it was one of the first Moravian missions in the Virgin Islands, and it played a role in preparing slaves for emancipation.
