도니 레이크

Dorney Lake (also known as Eton College Rowing Centre, and as Eton Dorney as a 2012 Summer Olympics venue) is a purpose-built rowing lake in England. It is near the village of Dorney, Buckinghamshire, and is around 3 km (2 miles) west of Windsor and Eton, close to the River Thames.The lake is privately owned and financed by Eton College, which spent £17 million developing it.

Boveney is a village in Buckinghamshire, England, near Windsor. It is situated between the villages of Eton Wick in Berkshire, and Dorney and Dorney Reach in Buckinghamshire.The village name is Anglo-Saxon in origin and means "above island". This refers to the island in the River Thames next to the village.

Eton Excelsior Rowing Club is a rowing club, on the River Thames in England. It is on the Berkshire bank of the Thames at Bray, Berkshire, on the reach above Boveney Lock. The club was founded as an intermittent club in 1821 and formally established in 1851.The club is the nearest club to the residents of Bray, Windsor, Slough and Eton and is an open rowing club for men, women, adults, juniors and veterans.

The rowing competitions at the 2012 Olympic Games in London were held from 28 July to 4 August 2012, at Dorney Lake which, for the purposes of the Games venue, was officially termed Eton Dorney. Fourteen medal events were contested by 550 athletes, 353 men and 197 women.Great Britain was the most successful nation, topping the medal table with four golds and nine in total.

Queen's Eyot is an island in the River Thames in England on the reach above Boveney Lock, just upstream of Oakley Court near Windsor, Berkshire.The island is owned by Eton College and contains a club house that is available for hire for functions.
