It’s great until someone flys by on their bicycle, e-bike, gas scooter, uni-wheel whatever they’re called… 5 mph speed limit clearly posted, no one cares. Bicyclists can do whatever they want in Philly. “Walk Bicycles on Ramp” signs mean nothing. Just hope you don’t get taken out by some cool dude with beautiful locks, Ray-Bans and edgy tattoos. Ruined.
