Perfectly decent forest setting, but it gets monotonous and the trail has tons of roots and rocks that make for lots of tripping hazards. There's always road noise and airplanes and.lots of polite bikers. So it isn't a lovely retreat. But the trail is easy to follow and there's a porta-potty at the beginning which means it's also at the end of the trail.
