中正紀念堂

Chiangmai Kai-shek Memorial Hall (CKSMH) was opened to the public on April 5, 1980. Structures in CKSMH Park include a decorative entrance archway, the National Concert Hall and National Theater, CKSMH, and a covered corridor with pavilions. CKSMH has great historical, cultural, and artistic value. The uniqueness of its architecture and historical background make it an important Taiwan cultural-heritage asset. The main hall stands 70 meters high. The Changing of the Guards takes place every hour on the hour daily, from 9:00am to 5:00pm at the 4F Bronze Statue Hall. On stepping into CKSMH Park, visitors are immediately struck by the magnificence of the lofty buildings, and the pleasing scene of lush greenery and colorful flowers.
