ベルモパン

Belmopan () is the capital city of Belize. Its population in 2010 was 16,451. In addition to being the smallest capital city in the continental Americas by population, Belmopan is the third-largest settlement in Belize, behind Belize City and San Ignacio. Founded as a planned community in 1970, Belmopan is one of the newest national capital cities in the world.

The House of Representatives of Belize is one of two chambers of the National Assembly, the other being the Senate. It was created under the 1981 constitution. Members are commonly called "Area Representatives."Area Representatives are elected by winning a majority of votes in their respective constituencies under the first-past-the-post system.

The National Assembly Building of Belize is the home of Belize's two houses of Parliament, House of Representatives (lower house) and Senate of Belize.Opened on October 9, 1971, the building is within a complex of government buildings at Melhado Parade on Independence Plaza in Belmopan and mimics Pre-Columbian Mayan and Brutalist architectural designs.

The Belmopan Museum is a long-planned national museum in Belmopan, the capital of Belize.The originally planned building was to be an ambitious state-of-the-art center for displaying information about the environment and society of Belize, including an exhibit of Mayan archaeology.The project was cancelled, but recently there have been plans to revive it.

Belmopan Baptist Church is a Baptist church in Belmopan, Belize. It is located in the centre of Belmopan near the shopping centre.

The National Archives of Belize are the national archives of Belize. They are located in Belmopan.

The National Heritage Library (NHL) is a library in Belmopan, Belize. Located on Mountain View Boulevard, adjacent to the Museum of Archeology. It contains an extensive non-circulating collection of materials about Belize and Belizeans with some 20,000 materials in the collection. It also has much archive material including housing development plans, maps, private industry annual reports and past and current national and local newspapers including the Amandala, Belize Reporter and the Belize Billboard.

St. Ann's Anglican Church is a church in Belmopan, Belize. It is located on Unity Boulevard.
