Look for Quang Phu Cat Hill when you are in Dong Hai, this place gives you a little taste of what it’s like to be in the desert and is not that far from civilization. There is only footsteps in the sand you can follow but they disappear because of the wind displacing the sand, just follow the hill up to the top going north on the sand dune!
