Parco Altisima

Had a six mile run today, but dealing with a knot in my calf so I chose this park because It is flat and easy. Each interior lap is .31 miles. I intermingle the big loop around the park that I think is just shy of a 1/2 mile. It gets a bit repetitious, but It works when babying a potential injury. Plus, the park is green and pretty and you might catch a little league game while you run.
