Lake Johnson Park

Good 5 mile trek, easily adjustable to a longer or shorter trek. Plenty of steep hills. Most of the route is shaded (except when crossing the dam). First and last major sections are on trails, middle (2.75 miles+/-) section is paved. Did I mention there are some really steep hills? Plenty of parking at Crowder Woodland Center even when Lake Johnson lots are full.
