This is great for an easy run or a leisurely hike. I really like it because you can run more than 3 miles without crossing any streets they have overpasses and walking trail very convenient and safe. Also great area.

Simi flat(some up and down.) but flat and clean running possible. Concrete and dirt trail option.. bridge under major streets or option to cross.. one of my favorite places to jog with out it being to crowded.. lots of walkers and bikes too. So good for all activities
