Parc Yarkon

Yarkon Park (Hebrew: פארק הירקון‎, Park HaYarkon) is a large park in Tel Aviv, Israel, with about sixteen million visits annually. Named after the Yarkon River which flows through it, the park includes extensive lawns, sports facilities, botanical gardens, an aviary, a water park, two outdoor concert venues and lakes.

The Maccabiah bridge collapse was the catastrophic failure of a pedestrian bridge over the Yarkon River in Tel Aviv, Israel on July 14, 1997. The collapse of the temporary metal and wooden structure killed four and injured more than 60 Australian athletes and other team delegates who were visiting Israel to participate in the Maccabiah Games.

Ramat Gan Stadium (Hebrew: איצטדיון רמת גן, Itztadion Ramat Gan) is a football stadium in the Tel Aviv District city of Ramat Gan, Israel, it served as the National stadium of Israel until 2014.

Ohel Shem (Hebrew: אהל-שם‎) is an Israeli secular high school located in the city of Ramat Gan. It has about 1,550 students studying in 45 classes, from ninth to twelfth grade, and about 160 teachers and 40 staff.The campus contains, in addition to the classrooms, a library, a community center (Eshkol Paiss) comprising an auditorium and chemistry, physics, biology, biotechnology and robotics laboratories, a gym, cafeterias, sports fields, lawns and trees.

Jarisha (Arabic: جرِيشة‎, also transliterated Jerisha; Hebrew: ג'רישה) was a Palestinian Arab village located 200 meters (660 ft) from the ancient site of Tell Jarisha (Tel Gerisa), on the south bank of Al-Awja (Yarkon River). After the establishment of Tel Aviv, it was one of five Arab villages to fall within its municipal boundaries.
