City Central Park also known as (VMRDA City Central Park) is an urban park in the city of Visakhapatnam. The park is located at the heart of the city. It covers an area of 22 acres (8.9 ha) and was inaugurated by N. Chandrababu Naidu on 15 September 2016 then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh state.:The Musical Fountain in the park is the India's third largest musical fountain after Akshardham in Delhi and Sahara in Pune.

LIC Building, Visakhapatnam is an 11-storied commercial building in Visakhapatnam, India. It is located on the Jeevitha Bima Road, opposite to the City Central Park. It was one of the tallest buildings in the city.

Visakha Govt. Degree College For Women is an Women college established in 1975 by the visakha Women's College Society .
