Leaving the cars in the big parking of Callantsoog you face through the dunes to the beach and just enjoy a comfortable stroll on the beach. We turned off at St.Martin-aan-zee and made a short detour in Zwaanwater, a beautiful place in the dunes with small lakes and interesting plants and birds around. Then turned back to a slow walk to the beach restaurant to enjoy a warm or cold drink, but you can have snacks or a warm meal to have a little rest.
