Delta Park Park Run

This route is part of the International Parkrun family. It takes place every Saturday morning at 08:00 over 5km, and are non-competitive. It is child and dog friendly, and slowest walkers to advanced runners are equally welcomed. Not an extremely challenging course, though it has some uphill sections that are quite exhausting, and requires pacing oneself. Note that sometimes gps equipment reads slightly short, due to a lot of tree cover.
