Trapped in Steps

Meant to do a 30 minute fast paced walk-run, but adrenaline kicked in after my AI coach announced that my run had completed: didn’t want to go back the way u came do I kept going forward with no clear knowledge of my navigation as I refuse to use the google map or any other guided navigation during my walks and prefer to use my own innate routing system which involves the traditional way of finding your way around places; asking other pedestrians, which fires up spontaneous human conversation. Found myself into Craiglockart Gardens and then traversed onto the Canal and then just for the sheer point of it, I ventured into a very narrow dark and long-winded pathway for about 5 minutes before I got onto Myreside Road and headed to end my morning steps. Quite exciting!
