The Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian: Istorijski muzej Bosne i Hercegovine / Историјски музеј Босне и Херцеговине) is a history museum in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It holds more than 400,000 historical artifacts.

It was founded in 1950 by the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is part of the University of Sarajevo. but it suffered significant destruction in 1992 during the Siege of Sarajevo.
