The route is leveled can see city skyline, beach and well known/ important places like presidential palace, marina island and founders memorial. Most part of the route passes through park on corniche and very calm early mornings or late nights. Corniche has restaurants, drinking water and toilet facilities. One does not feel bored as you find walkers/ joggers/ dog walkers on the way. There are also stationary work out equipment for public use!
