Tegernbacher Rundgang

Start this easy walk from the cemetary in Tegernbach, parking is available here. The walk mostly follows gravel or earthy, field & forest paths, passing through Maze, Corn, Wheat & Hopfields depending on what has been planted that year. Don't miss the small chapel beside the road and the Brunnlkirche (a pilgrimage church) on the hill above and see the golfers as you pass by the golf course at holes 6 & 7. A moderate hill takes you up through the Schlossberg woods, which may be tricky as the paths are not so clear, if preferred just stay on Schlossbergstrasse & opposite number 6 is a forst path which will take you to the top of the hill easily. After which you will pass the tennis courts and swimming pool, where an alternative, larger parking area can be found.
