Trailhead map said 1 mile in but as my GPS shows, and I didn’t start it until about 1/3 mile in, it’s closer to 2 1/2 miles one way. Beautiful scenery. Was fairly busy in mid May. Plenty of shade. Some steep areas and a bit rocky ( fall down) in places. Definitely a must do
