On this trail one lap can be down done in 1.5k under 5 minutes or 2.5k under 10 minutes. There is a section of the park that is flat which can be run in good weather but very muddy when it rains.
I mostly do 4 laps of the 1.5k during winter and 3 laps of the 2.5k.
I have a a running mate, we run two times a week mostly Tuesday and Thursday. By 7pm we meet, stretch and jog to the starting line of the main gate. By 7:25am we are done with our four laps stretch our legs at the start/finishing line.
