
100 Miles in May Challenge
We aim to increase our daily steps and walk for a minimum of 3 miles daily, which is on average 1 hr. You are encouraged to walk more and get your steps in. By the end of May, you should have walked 100 miles. Let’s see who can make it to 100 miles first.
