Punggol Park is located in Hougang Housing Estate in the north-eastern part of Singapore. It is along Hougang Ave 8 directly opposite Blk 401 Hougang. It is 16 hectares in size, with a 5 hectares pond in the centre of the park. Public parking is available behind the restaurant. It has almost everything within the 16 hectares ie fitness corner, playground, restaurant, bicycle rental, promenade and ample space for group activities. The running/walking/cycling track round the park/pond is approx 1.2km. Benches are all over the park, sheltered and unsheltered. You can also do an alternative walking the sera goon Riverine which runs at the side of the park along Buangkok Drive. The park is very well maintained and offers a scenic view especially by the pond. It is very popular among the residents with the most visitors in the morning. Great for family and it is wheelchair friendly .
