The Alphabetic Tower (Georgian: ანბანის კოშკი) is a 130-meter-high structure in Batumi, Georgia. The tower symbolizes the uniqueness of the Georgian alphabet and people. The structure combines the design of DNA, in its familiar double helix pattern. Two helix bands rise up the tower holding 33 letters of the Georgian alphabet, each 4 meters tall and made of aluminum.

Babillon Tower (Georgian: ბაბილონის კოშკი) is a skyscraper currently under construction in Batumi, Georgia. It will be 170 meters high (47 storeys). Once complete it will be tallest skyscraper in Batumi after Orbi Twin Towers (50 storeys). The tower will join the many new buildings constructed in Batumi in recent years, leading to renewal of the tourist industry.

The Hotel Intourist Palace is a luxury hotel in Batumi, Georgia.The hotel is located in the very centre of Batumi, on the seaside Ninoshvili boulevard on the Black Sea. Established in the 1940s, the hotel has since been an accommodation for over 450,000 foreign travellers, politician, diplomats, businessmen, and sportsmen.

Central Stadium was a multi-use stadium in Batumi, Georgia. It was used mostly for football matches and was the home stadium of FC Dinamo Batumi. Originally the capacity of the stadium was 15,000. Later the stadium was able to hold only 4,000 people. Finally, the arena was fully demolished and a new stadium is currently under construction.

The Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (Georgian: ბათუმის შოთა რუსთაველის სახელობის სახელმწიფო უნივერსიტეტი) is the higher educational university in Batumi, capital of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. Georgia. It is named after the medieval Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli.
