Bei der Bruchmatt geht der Weg gleich relativ steil aufwärts zum Gigeliwald. Danach geht der Weg über Stock und Stein durch den Wald und teilweise dem Waldrand entlang. Oben angekommen geniesst man die tolle Rundsicht. Anschliessend beginnt der Abstieg Richtung Kriens. Unten angekommen geht man dann über das Freigleis nach Tribschen oder zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
